HVAC Variable Frequency Drive Field Specialist
Imagine your day: You start with a service ticket for a university air handler that’s tripping on fault. By mid-morning you’re commissioning a new VFD on a hospital pump, verifying parameters, running through start‑up, and documenting readings. After lunch, you’re tracing a control loop at a government office, meter in hand, to isolate a communication issue between the BMS and a drive. You wrap the day updating your service log in Outlook and Excel before heading home.
What you’ll work onWestern Pennsylvania, Ohio, Northern West Virginia, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Southern Michigan.
What you bringYou’ll routinely interact with mechanical and electrical teams, coordinate with facility staff, and document findings. Precision, safety, and customer communication are key.
