Quality Control Analyst (Sample Management/Sample Handling)

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading Biopharma organization to identify a Quality Control Analyst for an opportunity in Holly Springs, NC .

Responsibilities

· Support QC laboratory operations, including running parts washers, preparing and wrapping materials, and operating autoclaves.

· Review sample plans and deliver production samples through the appropriate bulk process.

· Perform aliquoting of production materials in a Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC).

· Process incoming and outgoing laboratory shipments and coordinate QC sample transportation.

· Maintain accurate GMP documentation for all laboratory activities and follow established SOPs.

· Follow defined schedules, scientific methods, quality guidelines, and laboratory procedures.

· Collaborate effectively with QC and cross-functional teams while supporting laboratory operations and daily activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a scientific discipline required; 0+ years of industry experience accepted.

· Ability to interpret and follow detailed written instructions and SOPs.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment.

· Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 lbs. with assistance from a team member.

· Knowledge of GMPs, safety regulations, and data integrity preferred.

· Candidates must be willing to receive a current seasonal flu vaccine; vaccination can be provided at no cost onsite after the assignment begins.

Additional Details:

• Location model: 100% Onsite – Holly Springs, NC
• Schedule: Standard Business Hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; one 30-minute lunch break required
• Position Type: 12-month contract with possibilities of extension
• Pay range: $25 - $28/hr depending on experience
