Our Repairs Workshop plays a vital role in preserving these treasured memories, restoring and revitalising pieces that hold sentimental value for generations.We're looking for talented and passionate Jewellers to join our expert team in Birmingham and help deliver an exceptional jewellery repair service within one of the UK's largest single-site jewellery and watch repair operations.If you're an experienced Bench Jeweller or looking to further develop your repair and restoration skills, we'd love to hear from you.The OpportunityWorking alongside a highly skilled team of jewellery professionals, you will be responsible for completing a variety of jewellery repairs to the highest quality standards while meeting service and efficiency targets that ensure an outstanding customer experience.You'll work on beautiful and unique pieces every day, using your craftsmanship to restore jewellery to its former glory.Key ResponsibilitiesYour work may include:Cleaning and polishing jewelleryRing sizingHalf-shanking ringsSoldering repairsRepairing hingesJewellery platingChannel setting and rebuilding ringsBezel settingRe-tipping and rebuilding clawsResetting replacement stonesIn addition, you'll:Deliver quality repairs within agreed service levels and production targetsCollaborate effectively with colleagues across the repairs operationSupport the management team in maintaining the security and control of customer jewelleryContribute to efficient production flow and workshop performanceHelp ensure an exceptional customer experience through the quality of your workmanshipWe offer a fantastic job and more…We are passionate about our profession, and together we can help you realise your full potential.
