Class B Dump Truck DriverJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven dump truck driving experience, the ability to operate a manual transmission truck, and a strong commitment to safety and reliability. This position requires a dependable driver who can safely transport materials, perform daily vehicle inspections, and follow all jobsite and company safety procedures.Responsibilities:Safely operate a dump truck with manual transmissionTransport and deliver materials to and from jobsitesPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsEnsure proper loading, unloading, and securement of materialsFollow all DOT regulations, company policies, and jobsite safety requirementsMaintain accurate delivery and inspection recordsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team membersAssist with general jobsite duties as neededRequirements:Valid Class B CDL requiredMust be able to operate a manual transmission truckMinimum of 1 year of proven dump truck driving experience requiredClean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requiredClean criminal background requiredMust successfully pass a pre-employment drug screenStrong knowledge of safe driving practices and DOT regulationsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred Qualifications:Experience hauling construction materialsFamiliarity with construction jobsites and equipmentAbility to work independently while maintaining safety and efficiencyPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit and operate a truck for extended periodsAbility to perform vehicle inspections and occasional physical jobsite tasksAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
