About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to apply their analytical and machine learning expertise to real-world business challenges while collaborating with experienced data professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems
Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets
Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Design and build data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing
Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
Monitor model performance and continuously optimize for accuracy and scalability
Maintain documentation and follow best practices in coding, testing, and version control

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data analysis techniques
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Internship or hands-on project experience in data science or machine learning
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with SQL, Git, Docker, and basic MLOps concepts
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
