Benefits Strategist
Benefits Strategy, Design & Financial Stewardship
Leads development of the organization's benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with workforce
needs, organizational objectives, and total rewards philosophy.
Evaluates benefit plan performance, utilization, and financial outcomes to develop
recommendations that improve value, competitiveness, and sustainability.
Leads annual benefits strategy and plan design reviews.
Develops business cases and recommendations for benefit enhancements, modifications, and
investments.
Identifies emerging trends and assesses their applicability to the organization's workforce
Vendor Strategy & Program Optimization
Leads strategic vendor management activities, including performance evaluation, procurement
initiatives, renewals, and market assessments.
Oversees major benefits initiatives including RFP's, implementations, and program
transformations. Leads and coordinates new benefits plan implementations.
Partners with consultants, carriers, and service providers to drive innovation, service
improvements, and financial optimization.
Establishes performance measures and evaluates program effectiveness against strategic
objectives
Data Analytics & Executive Advisory
Serves as a lead benefits analytics resource for the organization.
Analyzes claims, utilization, demographic, market, and financial data to identify opportunities and
risks.
Develops executive-level recommendations and presentations regarding benefits strategy.
Advises leadership and committees on long-term benefit program sustainability and strategic
direction
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
7-9 Year of Experience Required
